Winds of Azeroth[]
Sometimes when you travel, you feel a breeze.
In some instances, it is to your cheek, and other times it sweeps you off your back.
You cannot truly see a Wind, but can always feel it. These are the Winds of Azeroth.
Azeroth and our History[]
For over three years now, the Winds have trod across the massive continents of Azeroth under the fellowship and guidance of Hurgroda Steadwind, a Shu'halo Hunter turned Warrior during the Clan's birth. Upon the controversial death of his Son and his feelings of failure in Fatherhood, Hurgroda banded together a family tougher than both his hooves combined. The Winds soon became a group of nomads and vagabonds, finding purpose wherever the gales took them. Due to Hurgroda's solemn oath never to fail again as a Father, the Winds have taken in a variety of folk, ranging from the helping hands of an orphan to the virulent claws of a dark entity. The Winds choose their own destiny, which in turn affects the natural chaos of the Clan. If you choose to come with good deed, your presence be blessed and the natural order of the Clan's fortune shine upon you. If you come with alterior motives, come prepared with more friends than enemies, for this fellowship has never fallen.
Gatherings, Past and Present[]
Though the Winds do not hold regular events, they have in the past held a variety of outings that has been sure to please one Troll or another. Some of these public events include:
- Tinara's Winds' Winter Balle (Dance and Feast)
- Kanatal's Masquerade (Dance and Costume)
- Hurgroda's School of Fish (Instructional courses)
Events that have been produced within the guild include:
- Summer Sparring (Insight on each others' skills)
- Summer Cannonball Splash (Who can make the biggest splash in Stranglethorn? You'd be surprised!)
- Gathering and Coronation of Winds (Meeting and honoring ceremony of those who age with the Winds)
Bulletin Board and Fellowship[]
If you are just a curious traveler, or wish to seek out shelter amongst the Winds, feel free to post your Journey up on our clan's bulletin board. Or perhaps you may run into a sojourner as well. Though we have grown to traversing new lands, our Home is of Azeroth and that shall never change.
